What it is

Like X-Wing and Swordfish, but with four rows and four columns.

Find four rows where a digit fits only within the same four columns. Then those rows supply the digit for all four columns.

In rows 1, 3, 5 and 7, 8 only fits in columns 1, 3, 6 and 8. So 8 is removed from the rest of those columns – here r9c1, r2c3, r4c6 and r9c8.
