This page is support, not a legal document. Your options are the same ones described in the privacy policy.
In the app
Open Settings → «Delete my history». It works offline too – the deletion is sent as soon as your phone is back online.
If you signed in with Apple
Your Apple sign-in is withdrawn at the same time, so nothing links the app to your Apple ID any more.
If you deleted the app or lost your phone
Email sudoku@arcticforge.no and tell us you want your history deleted, and we'll take care of it.
What gets deleted
- Your times and results
- Your statistics and board history
- Progress on boards you haven't finished
- The link to your Apple or Google sign-in
What remains
- Only aggregated, anonymous numbers – such as the average time on a board – that can't be traced back to you
Automatic deletion
Your data is also deleted automatically after 24 months without use.
